Here are easy fruit & herb infused waters that will make drinking water fun & delicious!

DETOX

½ cucumber, sliced
1 lemon diced into two halves
2-3 stems of lemongrass

WEIGHT LOSS

1/2 Grapefruit or 1/2 Mausambi (Sweet Lime)
3-4 slivers of Ginger
1 handful mint

HORMONAL BALANCE

Fenugreek seeds (Methre seeds) soaked overnight

BALANCING SUGAR LEVELS

1/2 thinly sliced apple
2 cinnamon sticks\
1 clove

GLOWING SKIN

3/4 Strawberries, sliced
A handful of Rose Petals
1/4 Vanilla Pod
