our juices and drinks are freshly pressed on order. therefore, all orders must be placed before 12 noon a day prior to the designated start date.
no changes to an order can be made post this time.
once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation sms. a Glug Guide with full instructions on the chosen Program or/and Cleanse, will follow shortly via email.
once a delivery address is provided, it is the your responsibility to be available to receive the delivery during the given time frame. alternatively, the person nominated for collection on your behalf must have full instructions on
payment, refrigeration & storage.
our drinks are freshly pressed, sealed & temperature controlled. they remain fresh up to 48-72 hours. we are not liable to making refunds or replacements if you fail to start your Program or Cleanse on the scheduled date.
all drinks must be stored in a refrigerator immediately after collection. ideally at a temperature of 4 to 8 degrees because our drinks are unpasteurised and preservative free. ANTIDOTE is not liable to replace drinks incase of spoilage due to failure on your end to follow instructions on refrigeration & storage.
all cancellations, postponements or changes must be made latest by afternoon 1pm prior to the start date. cancellations must be confirmed by us via phone or email.
credits for future use are valid uptil 3 months from the day they were allocated.
